What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to offer a full refund for cancellations submitted before September 20, 2024. A $75 administrative fee will be applied to all refunded registrations to cover processing costs.
Please note that refund requests submitted after September 20, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.
If you wish to cancel your registration and request a refund, please submit a written notice via email to events@indieauthorretreat.com. You can expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of your cancellation request being processed.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting the conference organizers at least 30 days before the start of the conference.
Do you offer accommodations for attendees with special needs?
We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment for all attendees.
If you require special needs accommodations to fully participate in the event, we encourage you to contact us at events@indieauthorretreat.com at least two weeks prior to the event.

Can I take photos or record sessions at the event?
To ensure a focused learning environment for all attendees, photography and recording of sessions and events at the Indie Author Retreat is strictly prohibited.
What safety measures are in place at the event?
We prioritize the safety and well-being of all attendees. While we take steps to ensure a secure environment, we kindly ask that attendees exercise personal responsibility for their safety during the conference.
